Filipino LGBT Europe – Ayuda sa Amsterdam Team volunteers conducted Operation: Give Back Love as a way of showing appreciation to Sant’Egidio / Mozes and Aaron Church’s hospitality and support to the community.
Since October 2020, Mozes and Aaron church has been the weekly Food Aid distribution and collection point for the Filipino Community in Amsterdam. From February 2021, the church also served as a medical point for the community where they received free doctor’s consulation, basic medicines and other medical care.
“We will always remember the kindness and generosity you have extended to our community. Thank you very much for helping us especially during the time when we needed help.” Chairperson Chris Sta Brigida said on Friday, 11 June 2021 during the BIGAS para sa Araw ng Kalayaan – Food Aid Distribution.
