We are very honoured and happy to announce that the Filipino LGBT Europe foundation has been selected as the LGBTQ+ Charity of the Year 2021/22!
“The judging panel was particularly impressed by the charitable contributions that the Foundation has made throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Filipino LGBT Europe provided much needed food and assistance to Filipinos during the difficult period, and as of January 2022 it had distributed approximately €300,000 worth of food. The incredible feat was made all the more possible with the help of organisations such as Netherlands Red Cross and the Community of Sant’Egidio. The Foundation further got Doctors of the World onboard, providing monthly medical supplies and support to Filipinos in need in Amsterdam.
